Guest guest Posted November 22, 2011 Report Share Posted November 22, 2011 thank you in advance and while I am at it I will share my favorite stuffing recipe.. 3/4 cup uncooked wild rice 3 cups chicken stock 3/4 t. salt 1/4 cup butter 1/3 finely chopped onion 1/3 c. diced celery 2 1/2 cups bread cubes toasted 1 t. fresh parsley chopped additional cup of chicken stock 1 egg beaten cook wild rice in stock melt butter saute onion and celery stir in rice, bread cubes, parsley salt and pepper stir in additional stock and egg put in buttered casserole dish bake covered for 20 minutes -- Kathy-jo c. 612.386.4240 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
