Guest guest Posted October 16, 2011 Report Share Posted October 16, 2011 Despite those lovely Japanese beetles, our grape harvest was a lovely bounty. After making the grape juice, I decided to press the grape pulp through a strainer to dehydrate into fruit leather. Lovely idea, but a lot of work to separate the pulp from the seeds.
