Guest guest
Accupunture(spelling is off)...if they are near HCMC there is(/was, last I know) a place that'll do it for free on certain mornings of the week. I did it with UNnatural help through the same clinic, it worked out fine. I don't know her situation(legal or illegal use of the painkillers)..if she wants to go that route. If you want more info just let me know. ----- Reply message ----- From: " Susie Zahratka " <szahratka@...> " TFMN " < > Subject: Detox Support Date: Mon, Jun 25, 2012 5:12 pm Hi All- Unusual question here; a friend of mine is weaning herself off of painkillers (with outpatient help) and asked for ideas for natural detox support (nutrition, homeopathy, herbs, body work etc). Guest guest
Just the usual stuff: Avoid inflammatory foods: sugar, processed grains, vegetable oils Eat WAPF: FCLO High vitamin butter oil Raw milk, butter, kefir, yogurt Raw liver Raw meat, fish, seafood Raw egg yolks Kombucha Fermented veggies Sprouted/fermented grains Aim for higher ratio omega 3:omega 6 Cooling Inflammation blogger Art Ayers likes Vicks vapor rub, tiger balm for external analgesic. Patience. Takes time to heal.
