Guest guest
Hey a, Isn't it the worst to be sick? I've had the flu for the past three days now. It's easing up but I have zero appetite, I feel fatigued and tired. How are you doing with the challengge and how do you feel this has affected it ?? I hate being unable to workout like this. Feel better, :-)

Guest guest
Just step up and real sweetly, ask them if you can " work in'. They'll probably let you. Then just do your routine with the one minute rests until they say something. They'll probably be too engrossed in their own conversation and you'll have a chance to get your workout done. > I have officially started week 8 without working out all weekend. Guest guest
a, I am so sorry you are feeling punk! I wish you a speedy recovery. I had to laugh at your description of wobbling down the small ramp (hehe)! Reminds me of yesterday when I finished leg curls and fell off the bench trying to get up after my last set because my legs wouldn't support me!! Good thing I was working out at home, I was using a few four-letter words of my own. LOL!!! Jen B.

Guest guest
Hi all, Just did my week 8 injection. Still have trouble with those feisty air bubbles. Still don't feel real confident but at least I'm doing it lol. Have had some pretty heavy fatigue, itchy skin, dry eyes, etc... but I seem to perk back up if I get enough sleep and am careful with what food I put in my system. I have been using an occassional 25mg of benedryl before bedtime when I can tell it is really going to be rough going finding that dreamland. The sleep seems to make a lot of difference in how I am feeling and the nurse recommended trying the benedryl and seeing if it helped. It does - I sure appreciate sleeping through the night these days! My wbc is down to 2.2 but my rbc is still in the low normal range. Platelets are just under the normal range 127, Lymph low at 0.8, neut low at 1.1. I was a little discouraged that my ALT and AST came up but they are still in the normal range at 25 and 28. I have a doctor appointment next Monday. The weather here has finally found winter. It's a three hour drive so if the weather is bad I'll have to cancel. They said not to worry - they'll reschedule but want me to get up there within the week if possible. Have to hope for the best. Definitely feeling my attitude drupping a bit - but looking for the that lift of spirit - hmmm - maybe it's time to take a belly dancing class or drop it for a bit of yoga! Or maybe a session of snow ball throwing with my two furry dogs! Hope everyone is feeling okay. Just wanted to check in :-). with love and light, karen
Guest guest
GOOD JOB!!!!!! You must have the vials to draw up for the shot???? I have the prefilled and I just push the plunger to the line and a little comes out the needle. There are never any air bubbles. If you are drawing up from the vial type, try doing it a bit slower, that should help get less air in. If you shoot air under your skin it can leave a nasty purple/black bruise mark and it takes a long while for it to go away. It will not kill you or anything, air under the skin. Keep up your good work, hope the weather stays good for ya! MelCheckers2001 <simplicity53@...> wrote: Hi all,Just did my week 8 injection. Still have trouble with those feisty air bubbles.
