It would be great to find out how many different languages are spoken

by members of Secret Society! I speak English (of course) and French

and Michif, and can read and understand Spanish if spoken more slowly

than conversational Spanish is usually spoken.

I consider music to be a language in which I am fluent as well, fluent

in a number of dialects aka genres.

My great-grandfather was fluent in 7 languages and was learning

Mandarin Chinese at the time of his death.

I also joke that I understand typonese fluently and am conversant with

Toddlerese, Asplingian (which is a language all its own I am

convinced), Drunkian, various Feline patois and a smattering of

Addictine. Of course, my child thinks I also speak Neuro-Typical

(yes, he has said in the past, when frustrated with a situation: " Talk

to my mother. She speaks your language; she speaks Neuro-Tpyical. " ).

Let's see how many languages we can cover as a group. :-)
