whoever wants to join the swap, i am thinking around june 14-june 20th time.

only a few people are committed so far, and it would be nice to have a few more

people to have a little more variety. anyone else interested? It will be at my

house,i live about 25 min from minneapolis, i will send details as it gets

closer. I will also have a bunch of my fermented veggies to taste as well as a

spread of trad-food GAPS friendly food! anyone is welcome. even if you don't

know how to make fermented veggies, anything fermented like kombucha or water

kefir can be swapped as well.

I think the 21 of June in the evening is when the swap will happen. if you would

still like to join, just e-mail me and i can give you the details thanks

It is open to any ferments or if you just want to try ( or if you don't know how

to make them) some you can pay the person

I will also have lots of GAPS and traditional food appetizers for everyone to

sample too.

the final date for the fermented veggie swap is june 21 at 4:00 pm. its ok if

you don't know how to make them, still come anyways to taste test and learn from
