I also like a lot of variety and cook mostly grain free. I've been finding a

lot of recipes on a website called fast paleo. It is a recipe sharing site and

my wife and kids have been loving all the new stuff. Here is a link

http://fastpaleo.com/ I've been posting some of the family favorites on the

" foodiest Minnesota " facebook group if ur interested.

tastes great, until you've had it so much you're tired of it. And beef is great

too, but there must be more ways to prepare it. I'm thinking ethnic foods have a

variety of spices we haven't tapped yet. Any ideas on where to start?

Cookbooks, any particular blogs, recipes? We're grain free, so adding

ingredients like breadcrumbs and rice are not an option.

Deborah, one of my favorite books for mixing things up and adding spices to the

diet is called Curry Cuisine. They share plenty of from scratch recipes that can

easily incorporate all the foods that many of us find important. I bought mine

used on Amazon and it came in excellent condition:

Here is one of the recipes from the book:

Chicken Tikka Masala:

Here are a couple of other recipes I love and aren't traditional American

cuisine:

Burmese Chicken Noodle Soup:

Vietnamese Beef Pho:

There's a wonderful cookbook out called " Well Fed " -- she's got tons of

different and interesting flavor combinations. You can see most of the

recipes at her website here:

http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/recipes-index/ and I'd really

recommend buying her book (Amazon has it). And she's paleo, so no junk

ingredients!
