Hi,

I just made up a ton of Feta again and was going to try storing some in olive

oil, some in plain olive oil, some with herbs. Wondering what type anyone

recommends? On my cheese list the only recommendation was a walmart brand and

with all the work to make the cheese, it deserves better.

I would like a mild flavor so it does not overpower the cheese and will

compliment the herbs.

This is a connection that we have had for a few years now. Feel free, Alvin

- Since you and I last spoke, our business has transitioned to become 100%

Organic - and since doing so, we won two Gold Medals; one internationally at the

Los Angeles EVOO Competition and also in Napa County. As a result, we are

offering our 8.5 oz bottles, 1/2 and 1 gallon containers at 50% off. If you are

interested in the bottles, cost is only $6 each (regular $12) - our 1/2 gallons

cost $22 each (reg $44) and the gallons are $40 (reg $80) - we have never

offered such a savings and the sale will end when we run out of oil. If you are

interested in trying a few cases of any of those mentioned, let me know and we

can set up a shipment. The bottles are packed 12 per case...1/2 gallons are 6

per case and the 1 gallons are 4 per case.

This is raw cost as the info states. I'm checking on freight based on

quantities. We always support the sustainability of our sources and they do not

profit from freight costs. We'll have this product available very soon. I'm

happy to connect any individual or group with any source we have. It's what I

do, not to take something out of the value, but to add value while supporting

the source!
