New CASTLE ROCK drop site coming to UPTOWN!

Yes, opening in about a week, and we are really excited! We need a minimum of

15 families to start our new dropsite, well, 14 more counting us! Rebekah and I

have wanted to do this for a while and we are preparing our little storage

building to become a spotless, cheerful dairy distribution site. We are painting

everything brilliant white this week and getting it ready. The site is a

two-story concrete building near 32nd and Hennepin Ave So in the alley and has a

parking site for pick-up. The door opens by pushbutton remote and each drop site

family will get the combination. FRESH DAIRY --right from the farm-- every week

you want it!

For newcomers, we are encouraging everyone we know to buy farm products DIRECT

from the farmer in this manner, that enables the farmer to capture another 40%

or more of the added value that would otherwise go to the retailer. We have

nothing against retailers, they are good people too, but real farmers today,

even the good ones, are dangerously close to foreclosure and bankruptcy. This is

especially so for farms that are " doing everything right " and that describes

Castle Rock perfectly. They cut no corners in making nutrient-dense, delicious

food. Get delicious dairy for your family and save a farm in the process!

CR Drop sites offer lightly-pasteurized creamline milk, organic chocolate

full-fat milk, heavy cream, churned cream (butter), raw cheeses (over 20

varieties of farmstead cheese), bleu cheese, creme fraiche, fresh curds,

natural ice creams, farm eggs, special offerings, and much more. Everything is

certified Organic and is actually " beyond organic " . This family just does

everything right, you feel really good when you eat or drink their farm

products.

The way it works is that you call or email Carla at the farm by Sunday night for

each Tuesday delivery. You can order as much or as little as you want, many

people just have a standing order. Leave a check when you pick up your products.

Milk is in glass so there is a bottle return option. Simple.
