Guest guest
Hello Trad Fooders, As I take a breath and shift my focus from the short-term goal of self-preservation to a much more manageable goal of community solidarity, I can say that having a chance to stand in the presence and shake the hand or Dr. Ron is an experience that will not soon be forgotten. This was a very cool way to complement a week that began amid a large support group of local and far away neighbors at the planned rally at our trial site. This healthy foods community is such a blessing that I can't say enough about it. I had a chance to participate in energy healing with (realfoodie) on Thursday. Uncovered a major issue with regard to my late FIL as he was a major proponent of raw milk and sustainable farming. Seems that I've been " mad " at him since He (Elmer) left us, in July of 2008. Just a few weeks after losing my (83 yo) Dad, my wife (Alice) and I had to deal with losing her Dad (73 yo) from pulmonary fibrosis. I searched the country far and wide to find a remedy and when I offered it, was put off by the " normal " syndrome - that it would be too unusual for the medical establishment. Watching these two men struggle to breathe for the last months of their lives gave me a real purpose of improving the potential for the long-term health of our community as we deal with the business of food and the government agencies that are driven by that business. I had a brief discussion with Reese (Honeymoon Creamery) about the next phase in this healthy food project that must include a real ownership position for our interdependent families while they enjoy the peace of mind that comes from a commitment to their food sources. We'll expand on this very soon. Stay tuned and THANK YOU to all that brought your support to the rally and rights workshop as well as those that prayed for a good outcome. At this time, we have no reschedule date set, a new judge for our case and more time to plan for the future. No matter what happens at trial, we need to continue to forge an even more obvious connection between our farm equity and our supply of nutrient dense foods. Be well, Alvin
