I spoke with of www.simplycupcakesmn.com today.  We are meeting next

week and hoping to work something out to have her guilt-free indulgences on hand

at J Arthurs's in the near future.  Not only will it be an option for us grain

free/low carb/gaps folks, but it will also expose the general public to a new

way and healthier way to approach bakery.  I think I'll pair a breve with one

her treats as a low carb combo :) We are very excited about it and I hope we

can help get off to a fast start!

am now a proud backer, and my husband is always expressing interest in trying

one of the gluten free pizzas we see in the freezer at Mississippi Market, but

does not want to be disappointed. It would be great to have someone pursuing

this!
