'Thrive' the Movie, not OT

After about 6 years of studying food and health I've come to the conclusion that

food is the single biggest factor in the influence of our health.

It has the potential to nourish our cells and spirits with intact nutrients and

light energy as well as facilitate the neutralization and expulsion of toxins,

both environmental and the byproducts of bodily processes.

It also has the potential to gum up our systems, and promote short and long term

illness, as well as provide a playground inside the body for what we mistakenly

call 'pathogens'.

In other words, we were meant to thrive and experience little to no illness or

disease in spite of all the environmental vectors of toxicity (cosmetics,

radiation, air pollution, water contamination, pharmaceuticals, etc, up to a

limit)Toxins are what create disease, not microbes.

As such, clean, nutrient dense food is the MOST vital physical aspect of health

and longevity. Most people eat three times per day, 365 days per year. The body

is then tasked with processing these inputs, and that will make the difference

between health and illness. Obviously mind and spirit come in to play too, but

when you feed your body light energy, it's hard not to be happy when you're

feeling so good!

This leads me to this movie. If we're to have this wonderful health, we need to

have access to clean food, both animal and plant, and to do that we have to

either be allowed to grow it, or allowed to make enough money to purchase it,

though everyone should be growing what they can, even those living in apartment

buildings and other less than ideal spots. The current system is not set up for

that to happen for everyone. It is set up to funnel money and power in to the

hands of just a few and limit the way we behave and think.

This movie explains virtually everything you need to know to understand the

mechanics of that process. This is EXTREMELY relevant for every person on the

planet. So please, give the movie a chance, in full, you don't have to accept

everything, but if you dig deeper you will be able to see the truth in at least

the most important parts. And you will also be able to see the way you, reading

this, and me writing this, have been purposefully influenced from a young age to

think and behave in a certain way that makes all of this possible. Without

I watched this yesterday and it is the most inspiring thing I've seen in

a long time. Incredibly well done. It pulls no punches in outlining

exactly how Big Ag, Big Pharma, Big Banks, etc. are winning the ultimate

game of Monopoly, and then it explains how we can change that and

restore health and harmony to our planet so that everyone and everything

here can THRIVE.

It is so worth the investment of a couple of hours. I'm very excited

about following up on the many resources it made me aware of!

Wish I could come but I'm in California! I watched online and came away

seeing why it would be worth buying so as to share it with others.

Seeing it together in a group and discussing it afterwards would be

incredibly empowering!
