Learn more at http://biocharfarms.org I'm adding to my garden for next year. I " charge " burned wood charcoal with urine and manure. Spread it on top of the soil and cover lasagna style. Over the year, the charcoal will absorb the " lasagna " nutrients too. For those raising chickens, good information on charging charcoal with chicken manure on the website.
