Adrenal/Thyroid Discussion

Hi All,

I know the subject of adrenal fatigue/exhaustion and under- and over- active

thyroid comes up every so often on this list.

I will be having a discussion, at my home in Woodbury, on Fri. Feb. 10th from

7-8:30P on adrenal and thyroid issues. Featured will be Naturopath Dr.

Ratte' along with health blogger Kris and her research buddy Chloe.

This will be an interactive environment, where you will be able to share and ask

questions. Although my intention is always to be able to apply information to

real life, please be aware that Dr. Ratte' cannot give advice specific to

individuals in this venue.

The cost is $25 per person at the door (although I would appreciate an RSVP),

$20 pre-paid, or $20 each if you bring a friend. If you pre-pay AND bring a

friend, I will give you a useful, healthy prize!

If you have, or suspect you have, adrenal or thyroid issues, or want to practice

prevention, I suggest you plan to attend and learn more about it in a fun,

intimate, supportive environment.
