Guest guest
I work at Ficocello's Hair Salon and they use both. A great product that we carry is Onesta - and it's local. We also specialize in curly hair and have sulfate-free, etc products for that. ________________________________ From: Susie Zahratka <szahratka@...> " " < > Sent: Monday, March 19, 2012 8:16 AM Subject: Re: Natural/Organic Hair Salon  Intelligent Nutrients is a great place. Guest guest
i was told by a natural living expert that Phenylenediamine (PPD) is the ingredient to watch out for. to date my extensive research has not produced a hair color (organic, natural or other) that does not contain this--unless you use henna, which has to grow out and will not come off the hair otherwise. Aveda has a newly released formula; however, they are still working on the PPD issue. i'll check your source in hope she has found something without PPD. thx. co
Guest guest
I have found " Organic Color Systems " hair color - go to the Organic Color Systems website for salon locations near you. It has very low amounts of PPD, in fact it is low enough that they can legally say " PPD Free " , but on their website they say they don't feel right about non-disclosure of this information so they openly tell you there's a little in their product. http://www.organiccolorsystems.com/organic-hair-color-systems/organic-hair-color\ / I love the color and the way my hair feels. I tried coloring with Mastey products and they really dried out my hair. Sue
Guest guest
Hello all, There is a hair color that does not contain PPD or PTD and it is not a henna.
