Guest guest
When I was in the Himalayas, the sherpas drank butter salt tea - a healthy portion (60%+) of yak butter with brewed black tea and salt. It actually reminds me of broth drinking in the GAPS protocol. On Dec 5, 2011, at 9:29 AM, t Nail wrote: > Bulletproof coffee sounds delicious! But in researching myself, I couldn't find anything on buttered coffee in that part of the world. It does make sense though. I wonder if any of you will have better luck researching this? > >
Guest guest
Thanks for the feedback. I've tried a few different butters. It's been ok . But I think I need to try it with better coffee. The tea and butter has been delicious. Sent from my iPod
