In addition to what is saying about minerals, make sure you consume

enough fat-soluble vitamins (A/D/E/K) to improve the efficiency of mineral

utilization. Good sources include butter from cows eating rapidly growing

grass, cod liver oil, fish eggs, eggs from free-range chickens, and animal

liver. These may be more nutritionally beneficial to you than coconut oil.
