Alright, I have had enough, we cut health care and education in California and Bail Out Banks

The California Legislature just pasted a budget that contains HUGE cuts to Health Care, AIDS Services, Mental Health, and Education, but SOMEHOW the government can MAGICALLY come up with hundreds of BILLIONS to bailout our private sector FREE MARKET BANKS. Think, with that much money we could offer free health care to everyone and end the Health Care Crisis. How come we don't have money for health care, to feed people, for basic Mental Health needs, but we can come up with the money for PROFIT motivated Banks.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS COUNTRY, since when does private industry get services while tax paying americans go with out basic Needs. Why are our priorities so screwed up? Why don't we let private industry clean up its own mess, and use that 700 Billion Dollars to fix the Health Care System, and create a Constitutional Amendment defining Health Care as a BASIC RIGHT of EVERY AMERICAN?

You may think this is off topic, but it is not, I get my Life Sustaining Meds through ADAP, which has a HUGE BUDGET CUT and is now trying to prioritize who will get services and who will need to be cut. My meds might be cut, ad a Bank is going to be bailed out from its own mismanagement, IS THIS RIGHT? IS THIS EVEN MORAL? And now to add insult to injury they are discussing bailing out the home owner who made a financial mistake and got in over their head, while my HIV Meds might be terminated.
