Guest guest
Hi, I will be offering cheese making classes once again--and I am assuming that Kimi will be doing the Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese making classes. Wondering if anyone here would be interested in attending or hosting a class? To host a class, you would need a kitchen that is big enough for a total of 7-8 adults. Counter space is nice! Classes include almost everything needed to do this at home, instruction, where to get ingredients, and samples. Some of the other cheeses that can be made but need to be pressed and aged are not really more difficult but you will need to either purchase a cheese press or be creative with your pressing at home. Those can be taught too if there is anyone who wants to learn that. Chevre, French Style Goat Cheese, Lactic Cheese, and how to flavor them is the basic goat cheese class. Yogurt, cottage cheese, and kefir cheese is another class. And finally, the Mozzarella and Ricotta class is the last one offered at this time. For more info please e-mail me directly. Thanks!
