Hi ~~~

At the 2010 Weston Price conference, Dr. Magda Havas gave a FANTASTIC

presentation on EMFs! Dr. Havas is one of the top researchers on this

issue. Worth getting the lecture for the explanation on how in-home shields

can work for you or even against you.

I personally go back-and-forth on purchasing products to further protect me

(my motivation is ALWAYS higher right after reading/listening to EMF-based

info!). It's a pricey project for all the doggone things we are bombarded

with in our world. Doh.

Here's the goldmine of a website for products that help deflect some of

these frequencies: http://emfsafetystore.com/

EMF mitigation can be rather 'tricky', especially without knowing the actual

'point source' locations. There are a few folks in the area that have electric

& magnetic field strength meters, to make a proper & scientific evaluation of

your exposure(s). Once that is determined, a reasonable set of solutions can be

considered.

Let me know if you're interested in contacting a professional. I have one or

two leads for you.

Also, we have recently determined, by direct experience, and additional

discussion with 'EMF aware' holistic dentists, that having metals in your mouth

(including some type of composites) can exacerbate electrical sensitivity

problems.

One book was an eye-opener for me: Zapped by Ann Louise Gittleman. Available at

hclib.org or other libraries. She also has a website with about 100 EMF-related

articles: http://www.annlouise.com/21/environmental-health/

One of the author's recommendations is a special room paint. One I've discussed

with electrical engineer hubby is drywall with the metal layer inside that is

used for soundproofing...which is a terribly expensive option unless you are

remodeling. Definitely avoid smart electrical meters if offered because as the

communications go form home to home, the last guy on the loop gets a punch

apparently. And microwaves are often forgotten:
