Guest guest
This sounds like it would be really fun - I make a really good kimchi (or I can do a sauerkraut or something else). Kari Olson fermented veggie swap I had a great idea for all of us who ferment veggies. I love to have a variety of different kinds of fermented veggies to keep me interested in eating them. though it is easier to make 1 batch instead of 3 or 4. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a swap. So depending on how many people want to do this, you would make that many jars worth and everyone swaps one jar..so you end up having like 6 or 7 different kinds ( again depending on how many people want to do this.) I live in excelsior..but we can find a better meeting place because i know people are coming from all over. one people respond, we can set up the details!! -caroline
