GAPS cooking class at Farm!!!

So far, around 7 of us are heading over to the 's Farm for Lynn's GAPS

cooking class! We'll be carpooling-caravaning from Minneapolis and driving out

to Arkansaw, WI together (don't worry if you don't know anyone else yet; the 7

of us don't all know each other but we WILL by the end of this mini-road

trip...the best bonding medium :-)

If you're not familiar w/ Lynn and Randy yet, they're incredibly

wonderful people who raise incredibly wonderful animals. They're also starting

the GAPS journey and have extended the invitation for us to come be in Lynn's

kitchen and learn some savory nuggets on GAPS.

Here's the short end of it...there is room for only 18 people total, so sign-up

now by calling Lynn!

10a-2pm

Farm

$25 (call Lynn at 888-700-3276 and then mail a check so she can plan on

getting the food to feed us)

This class includes:

* Newly Updated Farm Cookbook

* GAPS-based cooking class taught by Lynn

* GAPS-based Lunch provided from what is cooked up in class
