Subject: Participants wanted for Hydration Survey for my master's

program

Hello Trad Foodies. I am wondering if any of you would be willing and

interested in participating in a hydration survey I am designing for my

master's program in holistic nutrition. The survey is to determine if you

are adequately hydrated. It will last several days starting January 4, and

involves answering a couple of questionnaires, optimizing and monitoring

your fluid consumption using a simple form, and learning about delicious and

nutritious options besides water. No cost and no in-person meetings needed;

it will all be done via email/computer - easy, peasey!

I'd be ever so grateful for your participation. I don't know about you, but

I think the timing is perfect since indoor winter air can leave you feeling

parched and crispy! Please email me off-list by January 2 if you are

interested.
