This is an exceptionally interesting, empowering, inspiring discussion

by Mark McAfee and Dr. Mercola. Among many other wonderful things, Mark

addresses new developments for increasing the availability of raw milk

across the nation. Truly exciting.

Agreed, Gail!

For anyone who isn't aware of the history of real milk or for those who

need a brush-up on it (we all do!) this is a great interview. My favorite

is Mark's story on what happened to their milk after Whole Food's gave them

6 hours to remove it from their stores.

Also, just a tip for those who are time-limited-info-junkies, this isn't an

interview that requires you to sit and watch it. Just have it playing in

the background as you cook in the kitchen or are cleaning up your Christmas

decorations, etc. etc. etc.
