Had a culture going all last summer at it makes top notch yogurt and delicious creme fraiche. Unfortunatley I let the culture go without saving some so I'm without right now! You will have to give the bugs a few batches to adjust to the new milk you're using, but after a few you should notice the yogurt become thick , just don't let it get too far otherwise it will turn in to cheese, which is good too, but not what you're after.
