I have been talking to people at my work and I am interested in possibly having

a drop site here at my office, which is on Lafayette Rd. in St. . We have

successfully had a drop site for 50 boxes of CSA food here (from 4 different

CSAs) and I think probably 75+ people bought in shares. I think we would have a

great following for healthy cheese and stuff too. I am going to put the word

out, but I don't know prices and options.

This is awesome news for another CR dropsite! This location is right on their

route as the arrive into the cities for. The sooner the better actually. With

such a pre-formed group, you can have lots of options. For example, if your

weekly order is over $500, as host you will receive a 50% discount on

everything. You will also get custom flyers made for all your customers (and to

give to potential customers) that have all your specific details, map, pick up

times, parking, your rules, as well as all the benefits and listings of all the

CR products. People who have been part of a CSA understand how these things work

and make the best participants! We have other interested parties that were

looking for a host in your area so I think everyone will be thrilled. Be sure to

contact CARLA KOSTKA at the creamery direct (carla@...) to set

up your first drop!

I work on the East side, and would potentially be interested in milk and things,

if they are compareable in price to the coop. They don't have milk prices on

their website. Does anyone know about how much a half gal is?

Prices are less than the coop prices and the milk, eggs, cheeses, etc are

fab. My kefir grains are in love with the milk. 1/2 gal is 3.75 plus 2

for bottle dep. Once you start returning bottles that balances out of

course.

I would probably order stuff, but there are only two of us, so not large volumes
