Oh, Sharon, I know exactly how you feel! I've lost over 100 pounds and

have the pani gone. I can see my feet when I walk, and even see my KNEES

when I walk. But, Friday I had a couple of pictures taken of me, so I

could compare the " now " with the " then. " What do I see? A fat slob, not

a thin person. I know exactly how you feel, my sister!

My Cruise...long sorry

I looked fat in several of my pics, when I was feeling so thin in my

head...you know what I mean? I was thinking in my head that I am

almost thin, but reality struck when I saw the pics. It will take me

a while to get over that. And then of course the 6lb gain. I am

still way to close to 200 lbs to be doing that... way to close.

And so it continues...I will have to get on another diet...more

exercise, and more walking. No sweets, and no bread. I just wanted

to be normal, and now I realize that even this miracle of a surgery

wont accomplish that. Nothing will. I have to make my normal

whatever works for me and not buy into the fact that I can eat

whatever I want and stay at this weight. I know that some can, but I

cant.

enjoyed your trip with your sweetie and I hope you get rid of that nasty cold

Hi Sharon!

I'm so glad you had such a fun time on your cruise! Sounds like it

was fabulous! Sorry about the 6 pound gain. I know that's got to

be frustrating. I know what you mean about having to be careful

when it comes to food. I thought I would be able to eat whatever I

wanted, also. I'm finding that's just not the case. Oh well, story

of my life. Hope you get over the cold soon.
