Jerry, I must admit I look at the pants buttoned, see how small the

waist is, and I think, I'll never get that on me! I've lost about 15

pants sizes since December.

Jim,

I'm sooooo Jealous. I thought I was doing good to have to go to 2x in a

few things that run large, but with this horrible tummy, I will never be in

xl's any time soon. On a more positive note, I wore a band shirt that was way

too little last year and it was a 3x and a little(borderline) too big. Did find

a 3 dollar pair of white blue jeans at wal mart(God I love bargains!!) it is

nice to be able to find clearance clothes that fit me. Also a pair of blue

leggings for 2 dollars.

I still don't see the thrill of chocolate! BUT with that time of the

month, I just ate 2 pieces of cinnamon toast!(only time I want sweets) Oh and

BTW

......If anyone else wants the recipe I have a delish recipe for cinamon clouds

that is like a cinamon roll with cream cheese centers(Hey there is some

protein in cream cheese isn't there??)

As far as body image Jim, You seem so happy since the panni. I wish I

could see the results and how dramatic it is. I am doing the cracking thingy

with

the underside of my panni. It is driving me crazy, not bleeding, but burns.

It got bad after the ball game last week in the humid hot stadium....At least

until the torrential rainstorm came through and froze me to death....LOL.

Did you see on Queer Eye they said that your pants size should be roughly

the size of you neck when the pants are buttoned and around your neck(Does

LOL, They are funny in anycase. One of my fav shows. It is the waist is 2

times the size of the neck as the pants are buttoned and flat. So a person with

36 waist would have a 18 inch neck around....LOL.

I knew those guys were " queer " in the old sense of the word. I know no

one who had a waste the size of their neck. IN my case, I would have a

16.5 waste. They are full of crap!!

Well, then that makes me 10 inches too large since I'm now a 44/45.

But that's far better than 62!

checking for fit using that exact technique.....haven't thought

about that for a long time....
