Dariy Class in Albert Lea, MN Feb. 18th 1:00PM

I will be offering the dairy class on Saturday, February 18th. This was the

only day the church was available. We will start at 1:00PM and I picture it

taking at least three hours.

We will go over the following for sure and maybe some more:

Milk Kefir, different types of yogurt, making butter, cajeta, soft cheese (that

can be used any way you use cream cheese), easy mozzarella and a feta cheese.

My daughter will also make her famous " Dairy Queen like " blender ice cream.

I will have some cultures and handouts for you to take home. Please bring a few

glass pint jars.

The class will be 20.00 each and I am asking all to give a small donation for

the use of the church.

Please RSVP if you will be coming, the sooner the better so I know if there will

be enough interest.
