Guest guest
As some of you know, fellow member Faith Whelan gave birth to their third child a month ago on 11/29/11. He had been in a few times due to fluid in his lungs, and now he has been admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. Faith is staying with baby Arden while Ted is taking additional time off of work to be home with the other two boys. Being so newly postpartum and stretched to their limits as it is, they could really use some additional support now with these new circumstances.  Please pray/send love and positive thoughts to them, and consider making a nourishing meal to keep them healthy through this trying time. If you can prepare food but can't deliver it, please let me know and I'll deliver it myself or find someone who can. Their meal list can be found here: http://foodtidings.com/SignUp.aspx?ScheduleGuid=c039d205-ce43-44e1-a9a2-11ef96cd\ e335 They typically eat a diet of organic, whole foods/traditional foods (including beef that is grass-fed, pastured poultry, etc.) They will also accept vegetarian meals and fish. If you have any questions about this diet or what to make, please shoot me an email or a text, or give me a call 952-210-0485 and I'll be happy to help out. Let's support this wonderful and giving family with love and nourishment. Thanks so much! Guest guest
I almost forgot - they have a good sized freezer, so frozen meals are welcome. Please speak up if you can make a meal, but need help delivering it. Thanks again! ________________________________ From: Alyssa <nelson.alyssa@...> Kathy-jo <kaje62@...>; " TCNatFamLivSwap " <TCNatFamLivSwap >; " " < >; API <TwinCitiesAPI > Sent: Saturday, December 31, 2011 12:32 PM Subject: [TCNatFamLivSwap] Faith's meal list - please help  As some of you know, fellow member Faith Whelan gave birth to their third child a month ago on 11/29/11.
