Raw Milk Again.... Now this

I've been hoping things would resolve but it's just gotten worse. As many of you

know, the persecuted Canadian raw dairy farmer MICHAEL SCHMIDT has responded to

the chronic, almost decade-long, unfair governmental abuse in the only way one

can when one feels down to the last straw. He is in the 26th day of a hunger

fast! This is serious and it's close to life and death for him. He has said

that the only thing that will stop him is for the Premier of Canada to just talk

with him. People who are working towards freedom to access healthy natural

foods, including raw milk, are pleading in mass to get that meeting so

Schmidt can stay alive.

If you haven't done anything to help, here's where to go for information as to

what each of us can do. PLEASE HELP.....

When pure-hearted farmers are being imprisoned, their families are being

terrorized, and they are having their farm livelihoods destroyed, SOMETHING IS

TERRIBLY WRONG. It's time for everyone to now actively join the fight. We need

everyone to help.....

Here's what I wrote, please feel free to borrow and reuse:

Why in the world are producing raw milk, making it available to those who

voluntarily choose it, and consuming it such a problem for government

regulation folk? Clean raw milk is what human beings have drunk for

millenia, ever since human beings inhabited the earth. It has been clearly

established to do a lot more to promote health than any pasteurized,

homogenized or otherwise processed milk. (Francis Pottenger MD did studies

in the 1940's with cats and raw milk/meat vs cooked; look around you and see

who's healthy and who's not, whose teeth are well shaped and free of

cavities naturally.)

The real problem is that those who have confined animals to CAFOs

(Concentrated Animal Feedlot Operations) don't want to be shown up for the

damage they are doing

-

to the animals by confining them in unnatural, disease generating,

circumstances

-

by feeding grass eating animals corn, thus leading to an imbalance in the

fatty acids in their tissues, disturbing their metabolism extensively – if

they can live long enough for it to be evident

-

to people via reducing the food available to feed them to unhealthy,

fatty acid unbalanced, pesticide, hormone and antibiotic laden meat and

dairy products, “edible” only if heavily heated and processed

-

to communities by destroying their habits and social structure via the

unhygienic stench and pathogen laden CAFO operations

-

to the environment by putting huge and unbalanced amounts of manure,

urine, corpses and other toxins into the soil, the air, the water – be it

directly or indirectly, and conveniently “externalizing” their costs to the

taxpayer and all affected by the pollution (all of us)

-

to small scale farmers who could be the basis of a truly healthy and

self-sustaining economy if government regulations and harassment (*=

terrorism*) would only get out of their way

-

to the economy, by externalizing costs, and perpetuating our dependence

on oil, with a huge military effort to keep it flowing

Pasteruzation was invented as a way to compensate for very dirty

conditions. Modern agricultural practices have taken that to an extreme:

very dirty (unsanitary to an extreme, polluting and disease laden)

conditions are now the norm, and pasteurization is absolutely necessary for

milk produced *under those conditions. *Clean up the dairies, starting with*not

* putting small scale farms out of business, and raw milk is nourishing,

healing, SAFE.

If you don't want to drink raw milk, then don't.

Just get past the current and unfounded germ phobia and stop interfering

with those who have made informed decisions and voluntarily choose to go out

of their way to get clean raw milk for themselves and their consciously

cared for families. We won't cause others/you to be sick. We'll probably be

the only ones remaining healthy enough to care for those who lose their

health by eating factory “food” – people chow?.

Exonerate and free Schmidt NOW.
