Guest guest Posted August 1, 2003 Report Share Posted August 1, 2003 I saw Dr Z yesterday for my 9 month follow-up and he said I am doing GREAT weight wise. No hernias, no incisional pain, and I passed my goal of size 14 and 165 2 months ago! My weight loss has slowed WAY down to 3-4 pounds a month, but thats fine because I really am happy right where I am! He was more concerned with getting the anxiety under control and encouraged me to make an appointment with my Doc, which I did on the way home, so for those of you who worry, I DID CALL, and I do have an appointment at 1:30 today. Thanks to all of you who emailed me and for all the encouraging posts. I needed them, that was one rough night, admitting how depressed and anxious you are is a real bitch, even when among friends. But again, THANK YOU! You are all so appreciated! Cindee Hanford highest weight 252 Feb 2002 size 26- 3X Preop weight 238 Oct 2002 size 24- 2X BMI 39 ds 10/15/02 160lbs BMI 26!!!!
