Additionally, the proportion of grain to protein, fat and other complex carbohydrates should change for most of us. We have become huge grain eaters says I who produce crackers commercially... Whole Grain Milling (Welcome Minnesota) has some beautiful rye berries and also rye flour, but I have only purchased the berries.
