Mel, I cannot go for even minutes without the girdle or else I am in

agony. Unfortunately, it takes a few minutes for the pain to be

noticed and then about ten to thirty minutes for it to go away. That

is IF I have relieved the obstruction or blood flow cut-off. You can

imagine it is a bit tricky, having to guess whether or not I have

manuevered things appropriately and then waiting for the pain to

subside. So far, I have always been successful.
