P.S This is what I call a comparative group to self-analysis. Though some may not desire to share such information, I will after replies come, if they do, combine the group similarities to my own and see if there are trends symptomatologically. Are you asking only about casein intolerance or about other food allergies as well?

I do not have that particular problem, but I've read on autism pages for parents that it's supposed to be more common among autistics.

People with Celiac Disease aren't able to eat casein and gluten. Alot of other people can develop symptoms that mimic lupus and or allergies, joint inflammation etc... when exposed to gluten and/or casein. The casein turns into casomorphines in the GI tract while the Gluten is transformed to long chain proteins which supposedly affect dopamine and beta endorphins thereby affecting the brain. Yes but it is used as a dietary intervention for those with A.S.D's. I would assume the brain would be less clouded with dopamine in the wrong areas and less "natural pain killers" in their brains. The beta endorphins are natural pain killers. Beta endorphins are what cause the "Runner's High" that runner's get at a peak point in their exercise. It's like a drug and it's why some get addicted to running. Clouded is unclear thoughts, yes. Dopamine floods the brain when someone smokes crack cocaine or snorts methamphetamine. Fissures in the midbrain are implicated in intelligence but that's just one piece of the puzzle. The manufacture of dopamine in the body is dependent on Tyrosine, an amino acid. Copper & iron are also good with the production of certain types of dopamine in certain destinations in the brain. The blood-brain barrier is important to remember when dealing with cognitive theory. People used to just say I was on drugs. I just ate cheese.. Finally, some smart people are available to talk to whose subjectivity is not obscured by illogicality. There are alot of factors when it comes to the psychological consequence of particular foods. Red #40, Monosodium Glutamate, natural flavors, and sodium aluminum phosphate are just a few of the chemicals found in alot of packaged foods. All of them are neurotoxins. Chemicals in cigarettes mimic dopamine & acetylcholine and are taken up by nicotinic and other receptors in the brain. Lecithin is a byproduct of soy and has a significant percentage of phosphatidylcholine & inositol. Phosphatidylcholine is transformed to acetylcholine. As a supplement it can help the brain with the function of memory and the inositol is good for circulation from what I hear. Too much phosphatidylcholine can cause anxiety & seizures but, that only happens in extremely high doses. Aluminum is responsible in part, for the prions that are created in the brains of Alzheimer's. Aluminum is in most antiperspirants/deodorants, cookie tubes, pancake mixes etc...

I'm getting a green house and am going to try to grow most of my food. Although mostly a project as a new interest, perhaps it will do good dietarly.Psycho-Physio-Biology.a name <drumthis2001@...> wrote: There are alot of factors when it comes to the psychological consequence of particular foods.
