The UCSF Anal Neoplasia Research Group, which has conducted various anal dysplasia studies over the years and is one of the pioneers in screening for and treating anal dysplasia, maintains a list on its website http://www.analcancerinfo.ucsf.edu/resources/index.html of doctors who are competant to screen for and treat anal dysplasia, the presumed precursor to anal cancer. There is a doctor on the list in Chicago, at the Brown Health Center.
