Tracey I too get gas from any white flour product...bread, tortillas, bisquits etc. Beano doesnt help. Nothing but abstanance so far has helped. Glad you found a solution tho- it can be miserable. I get trapped gas every now and then...ooouuuwwwiiieee!!! it hurts. I got it so bad one night going home up the canyon in the way dark, I got out of my vehicle and walked around in the middle of no where...I was scared to death, but the gas was worse. I tried to pass it, could not , got back into my car drove a few more miles, was in such pain, got out and did it again. This went on for about 10 miles. Couldnt fart and thought I was going to explode... But eventually, like everything else, this too passed and I survived.
