Help from Becky

Maddie is not on any ivig or anything else. She is currently being treated for

a sinus-ear infection-which is what we started with when she broke out in

shingles last year. I talked to the school nurse tonight at another school

function we were attending-and she said that both kids had been at school broken

out and were sent home-ughhh-it just keeps getting uglier! My mom-who always

thinks I am blowing things out of proportion-did not even want me to send Maddie

to school until we talked to the dr-but Maddie threw a fit-so against all of our

better judgment-she is going to school tomorrow.

I am going to call the infectious disease dr first thing-and of course this is

all happening when my dad-who takes care of Mad when she is ill-was just

released from the heart hospital this afternoon after having yet another

possible heart attack-and being told that part of his heart is dead tissue and

no longer functioning-and there is nothing that they can do for it at this

time-I really feel the need for an umbrella right now-because it sure feels like

it is all pouring down at once.
