Francine,

I need a large amount of sulfur. I take commonly take sulfur in

the form of Taurine (1G daily), Seleno-Methionine (200mcg daily) and

Epsom Salt baths/foot soaks. I also eat large amounts of eggs, cabbage and brussel sprouts. I am pondering adding

other sulfur sources like MSM, or starting some form of epsom salt

cream.

It is a little hard to explain how it effects me... The only

analogy I can think of is that when I have enough sulfur, I feel like

I'm running on premium gas instead of regular... everything is clearer

- and it gets even more clear as I eat more sulfur. It reduces my

anxeity, ADD/ADHD, OCD, etc. (Not as well as removing salicylates

from my diet, but definately noticeable) I feel I can think

faster and

easier. I don't do that

stop-stareintospace-waitformybraintocatchup thing nearly as much.

But the oddest thing is... after I get enough sulfur - I really like how my skin smells. Kinda almost sweet in a way.

It just dawned on me that this is the Autism and Aspergers Treatment group. On

my other autism groups which focus on diet, it is fairly accepted that

one of the pieces that is " broke " in the autist is the methylation and
