Guest guest
Ursula Yes, thats right, the post to the first was used as the pre to the second, unfortunately there was no post for the first draw-- which no one was happy about! The lab here does not give responses in anything other than Ig1 and Ig2 levels to the pnuemovax. There was a tiny amount of Ig2 shown on the pre for the first draw, and that level was even less on the second post. The Ig1 was also much reduced the second post. IE no response to the second pnuemovax, in fact declining numbers. And then along with other bloodwork ordered a month after the testing for the second pnuemovax post levels, the levels were checked yet again and the numbers continued to decline. I'd like to know what immunological information this gives the drs, and if this is what was used to give the functional antibody deficiency diagnosis, ......oh for a medical degree............ , and s mum
