Guest guest
Well, I think I need to ask for your advice, please. Earlier in the week we were looking in her mouth, at her tongue, to see if the Thrush might be going away yet -- by the way, it seems to be growing smaller, the patch on her tongue. It was the size of a half dollar, now about a nickel and seems to be disentigrating. She's up to 30 Acidophilus caps per day split in two doses, one morning, one evening -- anyway, might be going away and we looked over at her teeth and the tooth on the upper left side, the fourth from the left front tooth looked as though it's starting to get black. Sure enough, we saw that the front sidewall of the tooth has come off, that's what's left is starting to discolor. I can only imagine what's ahead for her if we don't get her to a dentist soon. And I have to get her there, none of them will come to her; with their need of so much equipment. So my choices are Ambulance, borrow a stretcher, stuff her in a wheelchair but I don't know what to do next. And the worst part is that there may need to be two trips. If I take her and she has infection, he'll give her an anti-biotic and later take the tooth. I mean, it just continues to turn into a nightmare. I hope some of us can asist us with this. I looked at eBay to see if I can find a stretcher; none. Looked at Google to find a new one, not many. I found a Mortuary site or two. Those stretchers are $1,500. up. Try to give me some feedback, please, I really need help on this. Obie.
Guest guest
Obie, Rent a stretcher. Check the Internet or your local hospitals and medical supply house. There are places that rent hospital equipment. No need to buy one. Guest guest
Obie, If I were in your shoes, I'd try a Volunteer Fire Department. They are wonderful Samaritans! Also, you might try contacting a church or EMS group. In a message dated 7/30/2004 11:07:25 AM Eastern Daylight Time, " Obie " <obie@...> writes: >Well, I think I need to ask for your advice, please.
