Hi Saul, So can I conclude from the above statement you think the

sauna would be more effective than the IV method? Also, when they

say medical oxygen does that include the kind you get from the

wedding company. I apologize because I know that's been covered

before, but I didn't pay attention because I had the concentrator.

And to any who have done both the IV's and saunas, would you mind

posting a comparison stating your preference and why.

TIA,

Gail

Dear Gail,

Yes, definitely the ozone sauna is more effective than just

treating blood, whether it is direct injection, autohemotherapy

or polyatomic apheresis. There are several reasons for this.

Circulating blood can have a lot of junk in it, but generally, the

liver and kidneys filter it thoroughly, reducing the load. Of course,

then the liver and kidneys get full of junk, and need to be cleaned.

That is why I stress the liver cleanse so much, and the kidney cleanse

for the people who need it.

The majority of toxins will be stored by the body, if it can not oxidize

them and render them harmless. This storage will preferentially be in

fat, secondly in organs, and thirdly in the lymph, by default. The body has

a priority list for the organs, and the heart is at the top of the list. At

the

bottom of the list are the prostate and breast tissue, and that is why these

areas are prone to cancer, which is the cell's response to lack of oxygen,

usually triggered by the slow toxic buildup.

Cleansing of these stored toxins is what is necessary to achieve full

health. Cleansing the blood alone will not do it. As I said, this is an

allopathic

Western viewpoint, where the blood is everything and the lymph is ignored.

The naturopathic viewpoint is to cleanse all tissue, and deal with emotional

and

spiritual problems as well.

In addition to this, the heat supplied in the ozone sauna is highly

therapeutic.

The body is surrounded by warm steam, and the pores open. Ozone enters,

toxins are oxidized and the results are sweated out.

The thyroid is reset by the repeated application of heat, which is covered

in

Dr. Nenah Sylver's excellent book on saunas. A subnormal body temperature is

a breeding ground for all diseases, so resetting the body's thermostat in

this way

is a critical component in ultimate recovery and longterm results.

Medical oxygen and welding oxygen are indentical, except that medical oxygen

is

filtered. We have inline filters if you want.

Best of Health!

Saul, Does the type of water matter when ozonating it for IV use as

in distilled, filtered or whatever? Also, when you were doing ozone

IV's before getting into the saunas, did you do it yourself or have

somebody else do it to you? Gail

Dear Gail,

Probably it would be best to start with distilled water so

that you have it as clean as possible. Then add the sea salt.

Trace Mineral Research says in their literature that their

ConcenTrace/Essential Elements can be IV injected, and

has been for people with severe depletion of their

electrolytes.

If that is so, then it would be a good candidate for ozonating

and injecting.

When I was getting injections, I had someone do them. I could

never handle the paraphernalia one-handed. I wouldn't make a

very good junkie!

The best qualified person to do this job would be a retired nurse,

who has the practice, and has no fear of losing her licence.

We have a number of retired nurses operating ozone clinics.

They generally have what it takes in every area....a good knowledge of

anatomy and physiology, hands on practical experience, a sympathetic

manner, and a distaste for allopathy!

Best of Health!

====================

Well, Saul I would have to say I think I would make an excellent

junkie as I am so not afraid of needles, one-handed and all! lol

When I was going to a doctor in the early years of cfids, I asked him

if he would give me a perscription for magnesium shots as I had heard

they were beneficial for this. To which he replies, " Have you ever

given yourself shots (kind of loud like a little shocked I'd be

asking)? " To which I replied, " Well, what can be so hard about it?

Junkies do it all the time! " I got the script! lol

What I am really trying to learn here by asking all these question is

how to do it safely. The statement the Professor mentioned about a

few deaths that happened from not doing it properly stuck in my

mind. I'm not afraid to try things, but I have to make sure it is

correct in this case. I was hoping Dr. would jump in here.

Seems like he had some pictures on the procedure but I don't know his

website addy. Anyway, I would love to learn to do this but for now I

just don't have somebody to teach me so I'm just collecting

information as much as possible.

Thanks and thanks all that have been answering my seemingly endless

questioning on this subject.

Gail
