And aspartame can cause MS and Lupus symptoms, seriously.

Works for medium black ants too.

Put in organic pesticide and that works for the little ones. Too tired to remember the name tonight. Only thing is the guy got hostile when asked what the 'inert' ingredients were, so even though the 'killer' part is citrus, don't trust organic for the other 97% or so.

For the tiny ants, have you tried mixing baking soda with icing sugar? I have heard this works really well and it's not a chemical so it's safe around children. Apparently ants can't release gas so the soda makes them blow up.Also, as well as eating it, they also carry some back to the nest where others can eat it too, especially the queen ant. Well, I don't know much about ants but I heard this on a radio program.

Hope it helps!! I think it's good for all ants, big, small, red, black etc.

Terro works for the tiny ones. You can find it at any hardware home improvement store.

do you mean the stinging red ants?(fire ants) I treated our yard with the

ant stuff that was supposed to get rid of them for the year. First good rain

and the mountains are back. If it works on them I'm going to go put my

splenda on them...

It is in the baking department. Maybe in the States it's called something else? It's the really fine powdered sugar.

GREAT, I have two bags of splenda and when it gets cooler today I'm going on

a fire ant hunt and get busy. Thanks SO much, the little buggers sting me

every time I go outside.. it's payback time =)
