I found that doing one thing at a time (in addition to OT ST etc.) is great for

seeing what

the affects actually are. Here is a link to a chart I found helpful for

tracking.

With tracking Im seeing patterns that I wouldn't have realized. I made sure I

had a

baseline score for each category without treatment and then I added the

treatment. Next

will be a few of the diet suggestions people from the group have given me.
