Guest guest
Hey Judy, glad the info helped. hopefully you have a doc that will do what you ask, please run an exact copy of the tests and ask them to run those specific tests. I cannot tell you how difficult it can be at times to get them to run the correct thyroid tests, even when they are handed the list of names ;-) If for any reason you can't get the doc to run the necessary tests, then you can order the blood work yourself at www.healthcheckusa.com by requesting the 1. Thyroid Panel II -- $75.00 2. Anti-Thyroid Antibodies -- $60.00 You simply go online, order those 2 tests, which cover the necessary thyroid tests, they will send you the paperwork in the mail, and then you take it to the nearest Lab One in your area, where they draw the blood and then send you the results. I would be more than glad to help you read the blood work. take care, , I just read the article you sent me. It sounds just like my kids! And myself! I'm going to take my temp as well as the kids over the weekend and if it's low, I'm calling the doctor to make an appt. I have had my thyroid and my dd's checked before, but I'm sure they did the regular test. I never had my ds tested. thanks so much. Anything is worth a try!
