DDD services for Asperger's.

Hello - I am new to this board and I have a few questions. My 3 year

old son is in the testing process for Asperger's/ Autism. I was told

by a child psychologist in my area that Asperger's children do not

receive DDD services and that they (DDD) don't believe Asperger's to be

on the Autism Spectrum. I totally disagree and wondered if anyone with

Asperger's or with a child who has been diagnosed with Asperger's

receives DDD services. Any info/advice is greatly appreciated.
