ok next flush no ozone or sauna.

it's my understanding that the olive oil is there just as a stimulant for

bile

and it doesnt get into the biliary tubing during the flush. correct?

this is the lubrication i was talking about, not the bowel

i have a sense that keeping the liver lubricated is important for this

process, but i havent experimented yet with this idea. i guess i will for my

next series of flushes

Yes the oil also greases the skids for the stones and *especially* the

larger stones to be expelled from liver and gall bladder.

Ozone does tend to " dry " the system. Be the enemy of mucous. Your intuition

and common sense are working

this is not my understanding of how it works, even if this is what hulda

clark says. i take what she says with extreme skepticism.

the way i understand it is that when the body is flooded with a large amount

of fat it is recognized as too much to digest. similar to what donna quoted

in nenah's book. this is also the principle of ajaonus's diet, where he uses

large quantities of fat to absorb toxins via the intestine.

i think the way it works is that the large amount of oil is just a chemical

stimulus to the liver to contract and produce bile. i doubt that all that

oil is routed directly into the liver. the only evidence i have is

experiential in that some flushes with 14 ouces of oil are unsuccessful, and

my feeling is that part of this is lubrication. actually i don't know what

it is that causes some to be successful and some not. i wish i did know. but

also i have experiential evidence that the oil is not absorbed because i

still find myself wanting a good amount of fat some days. i would think that

after drinking many many gallons of olive oil over the past years that i

would not have a desire for any fat.

in any case it is not hugely important that i find this information out,

since the flush does work. it is only a minor curiosity. what does interest

me is ways to ensure having successful flushes. the normal guidelines dont

work for me and it seems somewhat random whether my flushes are successful

or not.
