No. I do vaginal insufflation and sauna. I like both. My problems are

lyme and candida and the areas that are most affected are my bladder,

spine, and gut. I don't really have very much in terms of sinus or

ear problems, and when I occasionally get stuffed or someone has a

bad cold, I steam with teatree oil.

Jill, Doesn't candida also settle in the head/brain, and if so,

would the ear insufflation benefit? Curious minds want to know. gail

Hi Folks & Jill,

I am so happy. I just had a lightbulb moment! <G> For the past year

or even longer I have had chronic pain in my back especially the low

back but it will continue on up the spine and into the leg. Frequent

visits to the chiropractor do not produce lasting results. The chi

machine does not help my problem either. I forgot to mention this

last night when I was talking about he benefits I'm getting from

doing frequent vaginal insufflation, but one of those benefits have

also been big reduction of the pain in my back. It's not all gone

yet but oh, what a relief!

I remember reading about candadia causing pain in the low back.

Maybe the insufflating is helping with that if that is one of my

problems. Also, there have been many who seem to thing cfids is

really an infection of lyme. Who really knows if there aren't tested

for it. At any rate, I'm so jazzed about this. Just had to pass it

on.

Exactly my thinking when the weeping extened from my ear canal to my scalp. I

did not have the " itch " some mention. The fluid did however, have a very

unpleasant odor which calls for a high degree of maintenance and personal

hygiene to keep at a noticable minimum.

I suppose that the ear insuflation forced the excretion of candida and it did

not matter much the exit points.

Maybe it does. But I don't see that I have to do ozone in every

orifice! I don't do rectal ozone either.

Hi Jill,

Although not addressed to me per se, I am assuming, due to given

subject matter of todays postings, this is a reply to my

comment/question about ear insufflating being beneficial to candida.

By all mean, ofcourse, you do not have to do any of it. But given

what we know about candida and your on going struggles with it, I

would have thought you would have gladly welcomed this avenue of

attack on a very tenacious enemy that has no mercy such as candida

seems to be. I have my doubts as to if vaginal insufflating and

saunas are capable of ridding the body of it. The sauna doesn't even

reach the head. Although these are great healing protocol in

themself, I don't think they are complete for candida for one

seriously pursuing eliminated it.

Let's not forget - Candida is an absolutely *necessary* part of our

biochemistry. You can never get rid of *all* of it for this reason. The

problem is, once it gets out of *control*, it is difficult to put it

back in its place. This has to be done with *first* changing the *diet*,

which is how/why it got out of balance in the first place, *then* you

fight it with ozone to get it back to normal levels (and locations). I

forget which part of the intestine it resides in normally.

Anyway, if all you do is fight it with ozone without first stopping the

behavior that created the environment that allowed it to overgrow in the

first place, you are fighting a losing battle.

My best advice for accomplishing this (getting on the right track

nutritionally) is the Metabolic Typing Diet. This method is the *only*

one that works for essentially *everyone*, and the theory behind why it

works answers the questions of why certain diets work miracles for some

people, don't have any effect for some people, and and make certain

others worse.

You can find the best books on this subject on Dr Mercolas site:

That's because the *cause* of their problems was the mercury in the

fillings, not a bad diet. They still had to remove the *cause, which was

my point. My comment was directed toward the fact that *most* - 90+% -

of the people in thie country have a poor to very poor diet, and

consequently, most people's problems are *caused* by poor diet.
