There needs to be a clear plan to the trial off and a game plan for what is expected of " normal " results. Hi Ursula, Bri did talk with the Immuno and told him of his tiredness. This is when the Immuno said " we don't know what causes stamina problems. " Bri will get his last IVIG in May. The Immuno wants to see him in August to draw levels. We cannot do Pneumovax because Bri had an allergic reaction to it. But he said he was going to test everything else as if he were a new patient. He is even going to check his Pneumovax titers without the vaccination which really left me confused. Meanwhile, if he gets sick, he wants to hear about if either from me or the Ped. He wants chest and sinus x-rays as proof of Bri's illness, which I must say frosted my wheaties even more. As if the Peds don't know when he's sick!!! Thanks for your thoughts. I knew I couldn't be the only one who has a child who gets more infections in the summer. As for the information about puberty and trailing Macey off again, I wonder if this is why the Immuno is so insistent upon doing this now?? Bri just turned 13. If so, he could have at least mentioned this. Thanks-- Sandi, Mom to --age 13--CVID
