Sherri-Lee didn't do a liver cleanse until a long way into the therapy. Best of health! I guess the bottom line is how toxic a person is that might determine how sick they are and how long their recovery will take. At any rate, I've been searching the archive trying to find some of her posts. I don't think she even posts on Oxyplus, tho. But on Saul's other list; Ozonetherapy@..., if you will look at posts # 618 & 757, you will find her testimony in her own words that might give you some idea what all she did and how long. I did notice she never mentioned doing the liver cleanse. However, she might just not have mentioned it. I would encourage any who are serious about recovery and have a serious illness that would require serious (my aren't I being serious today! lol) detoxing to include doing the liver cleanses. At the very least include lemon in your drinking water. I also noticed she did not have an ozone sauna and relied only on the generator. If at all possible, I would try and get the sauna as I truly think recovery is quicker using it. However, I am very new at all this so I really don't know, but that seems to be the impression I get. I first found out about the liver cleanses in the spring of 1997, just as I was writing my second book, and she started doing ozone in December of 1996, when I gave her the generator. Best of Health! She did a lot of ozone--bagging, insufflation, etc. She had gotten fibromyalgia after being incorrectly treated by mainstream medicine for a foot problem, by rheumatologists. They put her on drugs and more drugs that crashed her system, from my memory. She got bad fibro and chronic fatigue. She went to a naturopath and did various therapies and improved significantly but was far from well. At that point she met Saul who fell head over heels apparently, and apparently knew right away he was going to marry her. (I hope I am not remembering this wrong, lol!) A month after they met he gave her an ozone machine. I don't think they knew about liver flushes at that point. I think six weeks after they met, again if memory serves me, he asked her to marry him. Something like that. He was supporting her so she just did the ozone a LOT, because she could afford to rest. I remember her saying it made her feel like she had a flu every day. She just stuck with it until she got well, and even so, I think she continues to do it as maintenance. Right now she is pregnant with their second child and I think she is just doing ear insufflation while pregnant.
